- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sheep or cow yogurt (preferably organic)
- 1 inch ginger chopped,
- 1/4 cumin seed or powder
- salt to taste
- Wash and finely chop ginger, crush cummin seeds
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined and thick
- Drink immediately to get the most from the health benefits.

*If you don’t have a blender, you could pour the ingredients into a glass jar, close it with the top and shake it well, until all ingredients are combined well.
