INGREDIENTS (For 1 person)
- 2 slices of brown bread
- mixed nuts
- mixed dry fruits
- 1 tbs condensed milk
- grated ginger
- 1-2 thin slices of apple
- 2-3 slices of banana
- 1-2 slices of kiwi
- Toast bread, chop nuts and mix with dried fruits.
- Spread condensed milk on one side of toast.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruit on top.
- Top with slices of apple / banana / kiwi.
- Sprinkle ginger on top
