Sri Lankan Nuts and Fruit on Toast Recipe

INGREDIENTS (For 1 person)

  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • mixed nuts
  • mixed dry fruits
  • 1 tbs condensed milk
  • grated ginger

 

Optional toppings:

  • 1-2 thin slices of apple
  • 2-3 slices of banana
  • 1-2 slices of kiwi

 

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Toast bread, chop nuts and mix with dried fruits.
  2. Spread condensed milk on one side of toast.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruit on top.
  4. Top with slices of apple / banana / kiwi.
  5. Sprinkle ginger on top
