(Total Approx. time: 35 minutes)
INGREDIENTS (For 3-4 people)
- 1-2 cups green peas
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cup of cut leeks
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3-4 cups water
- 30-40g bacon
* Wash and cut carrot, leeks, onion and garlic
* Fry bacon for garnish
- Fill soup pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add all ingredients except bacon, boil until vegetables soften.
- Mix well, turn off heat and garnish with fried bacon.
Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days
